Mark's research interests

I have been with ARTIS since it's creation in 2007 and have worked on a variety of research projects since then.

I am particularly interested in the use and characterisation of rubber in recycling activities and my current research projects include the following

• The activation of rubber crumb surfaces on the interaction with binder matrix systems
• The use of recycled rubber crumb in thermoplastic matrix systems
• The characterisation and use of devulcanised chlorobutyl elastomers
