ISI products are regulated by two main governing authorities. The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approves all respiratory products developed for resale in the U.S. Many other countries also follow this regulation. In addition, the National Fire Protection Association regulates the development of all respiratory protection products specific to the fire protection market place.
